Obituary for Wendell Wayne Jolly
Wendell Wayne Jolly, 86, of Sonora, passed away Friday June 13, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He was a farmer and a member of Sonora United Methodist Church. Wendell was one of the founding members of the Sonora Fish and Game Club. He was named Lifetime Sportsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing Pitch and Rook. He was also a past member of the U. S. Trotting Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Atwell Jolly, his parents Cecil and Octiava Slinker Jolly, three brothers, Ray Jolly, Dennis Jolly, and Lynn Jolly.
He is survived by

Son, Mark Jolly of Sonora, Ky.
Sister, Maple Jaggers of , FL.
Sister, Donnie Harper of Bonnieville, KY.
Sister, Janet Jolly of Lebanon, KY.

Funeral Services will be held Monday 6/16/2014 1:00 PM at Manakee Funeral Home in Sonora, KY with Rev. Doug Collins officiating. Burial will be at the Sonora Cemetery.
