Laura Cecil (Hurst) Bergman, age 85, who was born July 19, 1909 in Sumas, WA died March 5, 1996 at her home in Bellingham.
She lived in Glacier until the age of 9, when she moved with her family to Bellingham.
Preceded in death by her husband, Leonard John Bergman in 1963 and is survived by 3 loving children, sons, Vernon and John and daughter Bette Bosman; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of many organizations, among them: St. Ann's Guild, Druzea Federation of Women, the Daughters of America and the Friends of the Library.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, March 8, 1996, 2 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. John W. Gibbs officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Bellingham Friends of the Library.
Visitation Thurs, March 7, 1996 from 1 pm to 8 pm and Friday, March 8, 1996 from 8:30 am to Noon at Jones-Moles Funeral Home, Lakeway Drive at Yew Street.
