In his earlier years, he was employed at Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene.
Blane was baptized at Saint Paul Apostolic Church at the early age of 6. He then rededicated his life again in 2010.
Blane was always know for his deep chocolate skin and pearly white teeth.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Valerie Moore; son-in-law, Victor Moore, Jr.; son; Tavon Cloude; three grandchildren, Amyia Moore, Victor Moore, III and Ta'Juan Cloude; brother, Lamont Cloude, Sr. (Veronica); three sisters, Rachel Cloude, Valerie Gabbin and Cathy Teyibo (Thomas); uncle, Hampton Cloude, Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews,cousins, other relatives and friends.
