Services for Julia Griffin, 93, of 446 West Pierce, Lebanon, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Holman Funeral Home with the Revs. Ted Bass and Edward Ruble officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Pond Cemetery.
Mrs. Griffin died at 7:50 p.m. Thursday in Lebanon Care Center.
She is survived by four sons, Henry, Lebanon; Anderson, Oakland Star Route; Bill, Kansas City; Russell of Rossville, Kan.;three daughters, Mrs. Lora Waugh, Lebanon; Mrs. Pearl Rogers, Latham; Mrs. Marie Ford, Oakland Star Route; one stepdaughter Mrs. Bessie Hoskins, Versailles; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Dodge, Springfield; Mrs. Margaret Ackman, Mesa, Ariz.; one brother, Fred Green, State of California; 54 grandchildren, 93 great­grandchildren and five great-great­grandchildren.

Services for Julia Griffin, 93, of
Lebanon, were held at 2 p.m. June 1 at Holman Funeral Home with the Revs. Ted Bass and Edward Ruble officiating. Burial was in White Oak Pond Cemetery.
The Fairview Church Choir sang "Last Mile of the Way" and "Old Rugged Cross." Escorts were Lloyd Hoskins, Lawrence Rogers, Billy Ford, Lee, Roy and Irvin Griffin. Honorary escorts were Dale, Gary and Bob Griffin, Lonnie Ford, Loran and Ivan Rogers.
Julia May Griffin, daughter of Forest and Harriett Green, was born Oct. 23,1881 in Laclede county and died May 29 in Lebanon Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley in 1936; a son Abe in 1974; and a daughter, Jessie Brown in 1973; and another son Ulysses in 1974.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lora Waugh, Lebanon; Mrs. Pearl Rogers, Latham; Mrs. Marie Ford, Oakland Star Route, Lebanon; Mrs. Bessie Hoskins, Versailles; four sons, Henry, Lebanon; Anderson, Oakland Star Route; Bill, Kansas City; and Russell of Rossville, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Dodge, Lebanon; Mrs. Margaret Ackman, Mesa, Ariz.; one brother, Fred Green, state of California; 54 grandchildren, 93 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
At an early age, she joined the Free Will Baptist Church.
