Funeral services for Clyde N. Crow, 88 Brownsboro have been scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Rock Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Welch officiating under the direction of Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.
Private Burial will follow at Edom Cemetery.
Clyde was born May 27, 1927 in Brownsboro to the late Thomas Ross and Ara Wood Crow. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Serving during WWII. He was a resident of Brownsboro most of his life and was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. He was a member of the Spring Branch Masonic Lodge # 1328 in Houston.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife Geraldine Crow, son-in-law Chuck Vest, brothers, Guy Crow, Gus Crow, Thomas Billy Crow, Philip Crow, sisters, Marjorie Crow and Zaleme Farmer.
Survivors include sons; Clyde Crow Jr. and wife Candice, Gadsden, Alabama, John David Crow and wife Brenda, Alvin, daughters; Northea Doss and husband David, Colmesneil, Texas, Cynthea Vest, Brownsboro, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ben Bearden, Danny Bristow, Ron Epperson, Danny Hardin, Steve Sanders and Greg Wyatt.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10-11 A.M. prior to the service.
