Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Benton Addington & Isabel Jane Salyer Addington, the wife of Andrew Jackson "Toy" Robinson and the mother of Thomas Lee, Charles, Nellie, Mollie and Willie Benton Robinson. Mrs. Robinson passed away from the effects of puerperal fever, two weeks after giving birth to the couple's last child.
