Married Robert Warden 2 Oct 1879
Married Nathaniel Williams 9 Mar 1882
Louisa Clary and William Wilson lived in Kansas and Missouri,
where he worked as a farmer and day laborer. William had fought in the
Civil War (20th Infantry Iowa Volunteers, Company I), had been wounded
and partially disabled, and died when his second son was less than a
year old. His grave is in Hornsby Cemetery, Johnson County, Missouri.
Louisa's second and third marriages followed, but neither proved
very successful. Eventually she and her two sons moved to the Kansas
City area, where the boys found work, and cared for their mother. Lou-
isa lived with her son Zack (called Big Jim) the rest of her life; he
worked for the Swift packing firm in Kansas City, Missouri. The 1900
census showed James Z. Wilson in Kansas City, with his wife Bertha and
his mother, Louisa Williams.
