John C. Teske of Lodi died Sunday in a local convalescent hospital. A native of North Dakota, he moved to Lodi over 40 years ago.
Teske was a foreman in the building industry most of his life, and helped build the American Legion Building, Zion Reformed Church, Woodbridge School and the Stockton Golf & Country Club.
He was a member of St. Paul's American Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ardina Teske of Lodi; daughter, two sons; brothers, Ted Teske and Martin Teske; sisters, Ruth Gertz, Leah Synstegaard and Margaret Thompson, seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Interment at Lodi Memorial Cemetery.
