Cortland
Leonard E. Harrison, 60, of West Winfield, died of pneumonia in Cortland hospital last Friday morning. He was in Cortland to attend the convention of the Union of Congregational Churches two weeks ago and broke his hip by falling in the rear of the Universalist church. Pneumonia developed while he was in the hospital.
Mr. Harrison was a farmer and a graduate of Cornell University. He leaves his wife and a son. The later is a post-graduate student at Cornell. Both were at the hospital when Mr. Harrison passed away.
The body was taken to West Winfield for funeral and burial.
