Mr. Clinkenbeard was born to Charles Eugene & Laura Marie (Willis ) Clinkenbeard.

Mr. Clinkenbeard attended public schools in the Kansas City, Kansas USD 500 school district.

Mr. Clinkenbeard was united to Reta Gale Clark at Mulberry Presbyterian Church in Amoret, Missouri on 01 November 1958.

Mr. Clinkenbeard owned B.L. Clinkenbeard Sodding Service since 1960. Being successful in the business afforded Mr. Clinkenbeard the opportunity to enjoy many things, including in the mid 1970's obtaining his pilots license & owning & flying his own plane.

Mr. Clinkenbeard was also an avid race-car fan & attended many major racing events including the Daytona & Indianapolis 500's.

Mr. Clinkenbeard is preceded in passing by both parents; three brothers Edgar Henry Clinkenbeard, John Willis Clinkenbeard, David Everett Clinkenbeard.

Mr. Clinkenbeard is survived in passing by wife of home; a daughter, son-in-law & two grandchildren of Independence, Missouri; five brothers, four of Kansas City, Kansas; one of Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, one of Kansas City, Kansas & one of Gladstone, Missouri; & several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday 24 February 2003 at Maple Hills Funeral Home with interment to be in Maple Hills Cemetery.
