"Peggy A. Ebeling, age 77, of Windsor, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri. She was born on March 15, 1937 in Bates County, Missouri, the daughter of Abba and Hazel (Crosslin) Hair.

She grew up in Bulter and Adrain and attended Mt. Ollie School in Bates County. On June 8, 1952 she was united in marriage to Homer H. Ebeling in Butler, Missouri. Following their marriage they made their home on a farm in northwest Benton County near Windsor. Here they would raise their family of one son and two daughters and work the farm.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of fifty years, a granddaughter, Cheryl Roberts, six sisters; Margaret Rahe, Mary Eneff, Betty Rahe, Sally Savage, JoAnn Cockran and Judy Ford and one brother, John Hair, two sons-in-law, Rickie White and Earnie Artrip.

She is survived by one son, Larry Ebeling and his wife Barbara, of Lincoln, two daughters Karen Artrip, of Windsor and Patty Rigby and her husband Brian of Rogersville, Missouri, seven grandchildren; Daniel White and his companion Rhonda Wiese, of Windsor, Randy White and his wife Amy, of Clinton, Scott White and his wife Julianna, of Windsor, Amanda Gates and her husband Quentin, of Lincoln, Jennifer Enfield and her husband John, of Melcher, Iowa, Drew Ebeling and his wife Amber, of Windsor, Brenan and Brett Rigby, both of Rogersville, two sisters; Katie Thorburn, of Independence and Lynda Smith, of Kansas City, Missouri, one brother, Bill Hair and his wife Ellen, of Buckner, Missouri, fifteen great grandchildren; Abbey and Alicen Mock and Andrea Roberts, of Lee's Summit, Jordan and Tylar White, of Clinton, Torie, Korbin and Zoey Gates, of Lincoln, Kacey, Riley, Justin and Danni Enfield, of Melcher, Iowa and Charlotte, Sophia and Amelia Ebeling, of Windsor, one great-great grandchild, Zaiyne Ferguson, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services weref held June 7, 2014 at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln, with Rev. Bill Bowers, officiating. Graveside services and interment was at the Lincoln Cemetery in Lincoln, Missouri. The Lincoln Cemetery Fund was suggested by the family for Memorial contributions.
