WILLIE H. GAY , 87, of Plant City died Saturday at home. A native of Cadwell, Ga., he came to the Tampa Bay area in 1946. He was a retired laborer for Southland Frozen Foods Co. He was an Army veteran and a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Annie Bell; three sons, Ralph, Curtis and J.I., all of Plant City; two daughters, Margaret Platt and Joyce Hightower, both of Plant City; two brothers, Herbert of Dublin, Ga., and Paul of Alamo, Ga.; five sisters, Shirley Towns of Towns, Ga., and Beulah Ricks, Louise Watson, Grace Warren and Udell Johnson, all of Alamo, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
