Born Nov. 13, 1920, in East Clarksburg, W. Va. a daughter of the late Willard P. and Eva E. Keller Lynch. She was a member of Mount Carmel United Presbyterian Church, Aliquippa, where she served as a deacon and a member of the Woman's Association. She was also a volunteer for the Aliquippa Hospital Ladies' Auxiliary.
Surviving are husband, Carl Sams; a son and daughter-in-law, Arden and Roberta Sams, and a daughter and son-in-law, Stella and Allen Kimble, all of Aliquippa; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a sister, Dorothy Williams, Unionville, Pa.
Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the WAYNE N. TATALOVITCH FUNERAL HOME, 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa
A service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Mount Carmel United Presbyterian Church, with her pastor, the rev. Jack Patrick, officiating.
Private interment will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
