Charles F. Harrie, 69, Edgerton, until recently of Janesville, died at 9:30 p.m. yesterday in Mercy Hospital after having been ill since Thursday. The son of Charles and Ida Bradford Harrie, he was born in Dubuque, Iowa, Sept. 11, 1896, and was married to Lenna T. Cox in Ontario, Wis., June 9, 1932. He was an overseas veteran of World War I and before moving to Janesville in 1934 to take employment in the Fisher Body trim department, almost 30 years before retiring in 1963. He was a butcher in Ontario for 12 years. He was a member of United Auto Workers Local 95. Survivors are his wife; a son; six daughters; 12 grandchildren; a brother; and a sister.
