Mary Elizabeth Sisler, 75, Loch Lynn, died Monday, Nov. 22, 1999, at the Columbia-Augusta Medical Center, Augusta, Ga.
Born Nov. 3, 1924, in Pleasant Valley, she was the daughter of the late Orvalle C. and Victoria (Bernard) Bittinger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Sisler.
She was retired from the Oakland Post Office and was a member of the Faith Evangelical Free Church, Mtn. Lake Park.
Survivors include two sons, David Sisler, Martinez, Ga., and Kyle Sisler, Edgewater; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery on Monday, Nov. 29, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. David Miller officiating. Interment will follow.
The family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to the MIR Children's Foundation, 233 Woodland Drive, Martinez, GA 30907.
