QUAKER CITY---Mrs. Etta P. Tillett, 83, of Salesville, died at 12:15 A.M. today (Sept. 11, 1980) at Barnesville General Hospital. Born April 28, 1897 at Whigville, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rachel Carpenter Richeson. Mrs. Tillett was a member of the Church of Faith at Salesville. She was married to Charles Tillet who survives. She also leaves one daughter, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters are deceased. Friends may call Friday from 7 to 9 P.M. at Thorn-Eberle Funeral Home where services will be at 1 P.M. Saturday with the Rev. John Kimbler officiating. Burial will be in the Salesville Cemetery. Thursday 11 Sept. 1980 Jeffersonian.
