Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. from Prattville Memorial Chapel with Pastor John Varner officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing.
Mrs. Sanford was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Wetumpka in which she was baptized when she was nine years old on Easter Sunday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lotis E. Sanford; her parents, Lester and Eva Glenn and her sister, Miriam Graham.
She is survived by five daughters, Sandra Gray, Kay Bogert, Linda (Phil) Sterner, DeeDee (Perry) Hopper, Tina (James) Alderton; one son, David (Debra) Sanford; 27 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; one sister, SaraBeth Benton; one brother, Bill (Jeanette) Glenn; and extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial Chapel on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
