She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law of DeRidder, LA; one daughter of Nacogdoches, TX; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mrs. Ward was native and lifelong resident of DeRidder, LA. She worked as a sales clerk and alterations seamstress for Hooks Department Store for over 35 years. She loved to fish, work in her flower garden and go to church. In her "80's" she loved visiting "the old people". She also loved her family, traveling and quilting.
Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA.
