Reno Officer's Father Succumbs
J.L. Geach, detective sergeant with the Reno Police Department, left Reno for Los Angeles today, called there by the death of his father, John Geach.
Mr. Geach died in a hospital in the southern California city Monday night, following a long illness. A native of Wisconsin, he spent most of his life in Butte, Montana, and moved to Los Angeles about two years ago. He had a number of friends in Reno, having visited here on several occasions.
Also surviving is another son, Clifford Geach, of Roseville, California. Funeral services will be held in Los Angeles Thursday, and burial will be in Butte.
