Dave was wild at heart and he loved the outdoors. Shooting, camping and fishing were among his favorite activities. He was a graduate of Central Union High School and Imperial Valley College. Dave's work adventures included a long career with the Imperial County Sheriff Department and later, ownership of a printing business in Imperial.
Dave's family includes his mother Stella; brothers Eric (wife Kathe) and Stuart (wife Darlene); sons David (wife Michele), Christopher (wife Andrea), Steven, and Richard; grandchildren, cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
His final earthly resting place is in Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro, CA, although rumor has it that some of his remains are scattered at his father's resting place in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 20 at 10 a.m. at Imperial Community Church.
We miss you, Dave, and we love you. Rest in peace.
