He was born June 24, 1940 in Paris, Arkansas to the late James Willie Lee and Pearl Naomi (Payne) Lee. He was 73 years old.
Buel was a 1958 graduate of Paris High School and was a cattle farmer.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27th, at Mt. Salem Cemetery, located south of Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
He is survived by his daughter, Lesa Teague of Paris; his son, Michael Ray Lee of Paris; two grandchildren, Preston Teague and Chelsea Frederick, both of Paris; and two great-grandchildren, Kaden Frederick and Ava James.
