Alfred Daniel Aguilar Jr., 55, of Valley Center, died Wednesday, December 21, in Borrego Springs from a motorcycle accident. He was born in Los Angeles and retired as a deputy fire marshal for the Escondido Fire Department.
He served in the Navy as a cook and was a member of the American Legion Post 149 and the Escondido Mounted Police Posse.
