She was born in Oshkosh on Jan. 28, 1881, daughter of John and Magdalene Steier, and was married on Sept. 23, 1903, to Otto Schumann, who preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 1959. Mrs. Schumann was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Surviving are two sons, Edward Schumann, Oshkosh, and William Schumann, Mequon; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Marquardt Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Francis D. Rose officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Wednesday until the hour of services. The rosary will be recited Wednesday at 8 p.m.
