Greenwood, Dec. 27 - A. Press Ouzts, 74, well known citizen of the county, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. F. B. Ouzts in the Epworth section Christmas Day after an illness of several weeks. Interment in McKendree church in Edgefield County. Mr. Ouzts is survived by the following children: Mrs. Blanche House of Savannah GA, Mrs. Aldra Andrews and Mrs. Grace McElmurray of Waynesboro GA, Goode Ouzts of Augusta and Cecil Ouzts and Chester Ouzts of Washington DC. He also leaves the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Joe Patterson of Spartanburg, Mrs. Mamie Corley and Mrs. Ida Shaffer of Greenwood, Mrs. F. B. Ouzts of Epworth, Mrs. Lula Wrenn of McCormick, Ed Ouzts of Helena GA, and Horace Ouzts of Tifton GA. The State , December 28, 1930.
