A graveside funeral service for Jane Grace, age 70, of May, will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2014 in the Bangs Cemetery under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
Ms. Grace died Monday, May 19, 2014 at her home.
Jane was born on August 2, 1943 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Richard and Wilma Lee (Slusher) Thacker. She attended school and was a longtime resident of Andrews. She moved to Lake Brownwood in 2013. She married Lindon Grace in 1984. Jane was well loved and will be greatly missed.
Jane is survived by four sons, Danny Earl Davis of North Carolina, James Henry Davis of Brownwood, Raymond Lloyd Davis of Corpus Christi and Robert Soza of Brownwood; two daughters, Sharon Yovonne Soza of Brownwood and Cathleen Davis of Cisco; a brother, David Fowler of Andrews and a sister, Julia Rich of Arlington; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lindon Ross Grace, and a son, Ricky Don Davis.
