Mrs. Murray attended the Pee Wee School in Marion County. She was a member of the Hunnewell Methodist Church and was a past noble grand of the Hunnewell Rebekah Lodge. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors Lodge and the Good Neighbors Club of Hunnewell.
She is survived by one son Melvin "Doug" Heskett, two step-sons, James and Jack Murray, one daughter, Mrs. Edna Garner, seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
