Pauline J. Abbott, 82, of Towpath Towers, 100 Rochester St., Fulton, died Friday, Aug. 11, at the home of her son Carl Abbott in Cleveland, Ohio after a long illness. A native of Leominster, Mass., Mrs. Abbott had resided in Fulton most of her life before moving to Cleveland in March. Mrs. Abbott was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton and its Women's Circle. She was the widow of Carl O. Abbott, who died in 1986. Surviving are two sons, Carl T. Abbott of Cleveland, and Roy N. Abbott of Fulton; four grandchildren, Michael, Craig, Carolyn and Alison Abbott; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 10:30 a.m. today, Aug. 17, at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Reverend Allen Wollenberg will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Memorial Fund or to the Volunteers of Oswego County Hospice.
