In War of 1812, Private in Rangers, United States Volunteers. Roll Box 17. He died in Limestone Co., TX and supposedly buried in Mt. Calm Cemetery. On Oct. 11, 1854, Pennuel appointed Reuben F. Billington his Power of Attorney in order to receive his part of his father's estate (Ezekiel had died Sept. 28, 1848). He married Nancy Wadsworth @ 1815. She is the daughter of James Wadsworth.
