Daughter of John Junkins and Christiana Rager. Married to John Allen Rager (her 1st cousin, once removed) 10 Sep 1872 in Johnstown. They were the parents of three children. John Rager died in 1913. Emma married Harry Stewart 7 Sep 1916.

Obituary:
Mrs. Harry Stewart, whose maiden name was Emily Junkins, died at 1:10 o'clock this morning at her home, 232 Grape avenue, Nineteenth Ward, after a week's illness. She was in her 72d year. Death was due to a complication of diseases. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, the funeral party to leave the house at 2 o'clock for the Barron-avenue United Brethren Church, where the eulogy will be given by the pastor, the Rev. Paul F. Mickey, of 2:30 o'cklock, with interment in Grandview Cemetery. The deceased was a daughter of John and Christian (Rager) Junkins and was born near Old Nineveh, now Seward, Westmoreland County, in March 1854. She was one of a family of four daughters and a son and is the last of the number to pass away. Her brother was Samuel Jenkins and her sisters Mrs. Sarah Robb, Mrs. Elizabeth Steele and Mrs. Lucy Reager. The deceased was married twice, the first time to John Rager, of Jackson Township, this county, early in the 70's. His death occurred in Morrellville in January, 1913. Since then she married Harry Stewart, who survives her, together with two daughters, Ora, wife of Alfred Rodgers, of near Armagh, and Elsie, wife of O.P. Benson, of 152 H. street, both born to the first union. A son Milton Rager, died here 29 years ago. In addition to her daughters, Mrs. Stewart is survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Stewart was one of the oldest members of the Barron avenue United Brethren Church.
