Robert "Bob" J. Brookshire, 63, passed away Sunday May 11, 2014. Born August 13, 1950 to Ivan J. & Maude S. Brookshire, he was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Richard and Norman. He is survived by a brother, Jerry (Cynthia) Brookshire, of Des Moines, sister Judy (Bill) Lewis of Wildomar, CA, multiple nephews & nieces and a daughter Cindy.*
Bob enjoyed fishing, WWF wrestling, softball, Prairie Meadows and his many friends at the East Side Senior Center.
His physical remains have been cremated. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday May 30 at Marquisville UM Church, located at 5345 NE 14th St. with a meal to follow the service.
