Henry E. Carlberg, 68, Princeton, died Monday in Berlin Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 17, 1916, in Idaho, the son of Hans and Bealah Boyd Carlberg. He married Doris Croy in Decatur, Ill., July 15, 1936.
Mr. Carlberg was a retired farmer.
Surviving are his widow; five daughters, Patricia Smith, Aurora, Ill., Shirley Hein, Howard, S.D., Janet Beck, Colton, Calif., Charlotte Murray, Arcola, Ill., and Sandra Wielgosh, Princeton; two sons, Henry, Salinas, Calif., and Ronald, Arcola, Ill; 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, in Wachholz Funeral Home, Princeton, with Reid Mavis officiating. Burial will be in the Princeton City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
