Husband of the late Rosemary June (nee Shenberger). Father of George P. (Traci) Friel Jr, Deborah (John) Schmitz, Robert Friel and John (Bernadette) Friel. Grandfather of Gabrielle and Hannah Schmitz, Celeste, Donovan and Michael Friel, John Michael and Jack Schmitz, Jake and Molly Rose Friel. Brother of James Friel, Ann Doyle, Margie Fitzharris, Michael and Andy Friel, and the late Theresa Ash, Jack and Thomas Friel. Loving uncle and dear friend of many.
