Preceded in death by his wife, his parents, two sisters and a nephew, he was survived by a sister, a son, daughter, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services were held at Victory Fellowship Church in Nashville, and burial is to be in Middle Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery.
