Frances Lucille Blair was born on October 9, 1927 in Greenbrier, Arkansas to Floyd Kenton Blair and Mary Agnes Tucker Blair (see links below). She wed Harold Hilliard Sims (linked below) on September 17, 1946. A resident of England, Arkansas, Frances worked 33 years for the Westinghouse Corporation. She was a member of the Toltec Baptist Church.

Harold and Frances were married for 50 years until his passing in 1997. Frances survived him for over 13 years, passing away on Thursday, September 9, 2010. She was 82. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kay Sweeten (linked below), who passed away earlier in 2010 and is also interred at Keo Cemetery.

Funeral services for Frances were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2010 at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel with her interment following in Keo Cemetery. She was laid to rest next to her beloved husband Harold.

At the time of her passing, Frances was survived by one daughter, one son, three sisters, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Survivors names are not listed here out of respect and per this website's guidelines.
