Surviving are his mother, Terry Lynn Green, Muncie; his grandmother, Wanda Padgett, Yorktown; his sister, Carrie Cole, Parker City; his brother, Donald Green, Muncie; his niece, Whitney Conley, Muncie; his nephew, Eric Cole, Parker City; his aunt, Kim Barton, Muncie; two cousins, Chelsey Barton (his "favorite cousin") and Chad Holliday, both of Muncie: and very special friends, Trish Pugh, Catie Cunningham and Megan Kline.
