Kenneth H. Hissam, 92, died peacefully on May 1, 2014, surrounded by family.
Kenneth was born in Adonis, WV to Arlie and Gladys (Kelley) Hissam.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Elizabeth (Betty) and his children, Michael (Mary) Hissam, Emel (Sharon) Hissam, Mary Hill, Virginia (Rick) Neet, the Honorable Christine and her husband, David Greider, M.D., and Kenneth (Jennifer) Hissam, along with his 13 grand children and six great- grandchildren.
Mr. Hissam was a proud World War II Navy veteran, a local golf champion, and an avid fisherman. He adored his family.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014, at the Paden Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction of Jarvis- Williams Funeral Home.
