Appeared in person Karol Ranachowski, worker? from the town of Slesin, 40 years of age, in presence of Zinowi Gisewski3 60 years old and Tomasz Podrzebski? 52 years old both land workers from the town of Slesin, and presented us the female child announcing that she was born here in Slesinn yesterday at 5pm from his legal wife Francyszka nee Gisewska [see note 3 below] 30 years of age. This child at the christening ceremony performed today by the priest Franciszek Radetski was given the name Stanislawa, and the godparents were priest Franciszek Radetski and Franciszkaa Rul?.
