Funeral services for Carolyn Georgia Moore Tarpley, age 74, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Central Drive Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Snow Hill Cemetery in Glenwood, Georgia. Rev. W.L. Currie and Rev. Randall Tarpley will officiate.
Mrs. Tarpley was born on December 14, 1939 in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Oliver and Georgia Floyd Moore. She married her loving husband on February 8, 1957. She was a member of Central Drive Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Tarpley passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Scott Health and Rehab.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the funeral home.
