Luther Hern Moran was born to Harry M. Moran and Lillie Blackwell. He was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. (*Please reference note above from Contributor Carmella Seymour #47113398.)
He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard during WWII.
He was an avid shrimp net maker and they had to be perfect when he made them. He also sold his shrimp nets he made.
He liked to shrimp, hunt, and he loved to read.
Luther married Susie Davis in the 1940's and had 2 daughters. He also had 2 sisters, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
