James B. Crosthwaite, 80, of Lodi, died Aug. 12 at a local hospital.
Born in Meeker, Colo., Crosthwaite served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreing Wars, and was a body and fender mechanic for 50 years before his retirement.
Crosthwaite lived in Lodi three years.
He is survived by a son; two stepdaughters; a brother, Richard Crosthwaite of Nevada; 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
