Bertha Cora Herald-Branson was the daughter of William Herald and Mary A.
Walley-Herald. She was a twin and was born at Green Creek, Sandusky Co., OH on
21 Nov. 1868. Her twin sister's name was Bernice Dora Herald.

She married George Albert Branson on 27 Mar. 1897 in Jefferson Co., IL.

They had the following children: Cecil Esther Branson b. 1898; Mabel Agnes
Branson b. 1899; Paul Albert Branson b. 1901; Bertha Pearl Branson b. 1903; and
Donald Herald Branson b. 1906.

Bertha Cora Herald-Branson became sick with Tuberculosis. She and her family
moved from Illinois to Orlando, Florida sometime around 1910, hoping that the
climate would help her get well. Unfortunately, she continued to get worse
until she died, on 12 Nov. 1913.
