Mrs. Hopper died on Monday, May 5, 2014 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born March 8, 1940, in Morgan County to Issac Hilton Maze and Gladys Maynard Slater Maze. She was a member of Valhermoso Springs Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Hopper and her parents.
Survivors include two sons, Allen Hopper and Ronnie Hopper; one daughter, Kim Hopper Collins (Steve); two brothers, I. D. Maze and W. C. Maze; two sisters, Irene Jennings and Betty Hall and four grandchildren, Tyler Hopper, Garrett Collins, Hannah Collins and Toni Marsh.
Pallbearers will be Adam Hall, Garrett Collins, Tyler Hopper, Bobby Scott, Doug Maze, and Jimmy Scott.
