Arnold J. Foslien, age 74, of Brooklyn Center, and a graduate of Alexandria High School, died Saturday, November 22, 1986 at Unity Hospital in Fridley. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alphonse Catholic Church. Graveside services will be at Chippewa Cemetery in rural Brandon at about 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. Arnold has three brothers and two sisters living in the Alexandria area.
