SAUGUS Alaina (Imperioso) Neves, age 58 years, died May 22, 2006 at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Born in Boston, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Cataldo) Imperioso, she was a graduate of Fitton High School, which is now known as Central Catholic High School in East Boston. She had lived Malden for many years where she raised her family. She had lived in Saugus for the past 9 years. Ms. Neves had been employed with Foodmaster Supermarket in Malden for several years.
Surviving her are one son, Lawrence Neves of Concord; 2 grandchildren who she was raising, Samantha and Nicholas Neves; one sister, Marie Cotreau of Beverly; 2 nieces, Elyse Berube and Renee Burns; and one great niece, Kaitlyn Maloney. She was also the mother of the late Robin Neves.
