Guyna Lee Stearman Russell, 60, of Valley Center, died April 25, 2005. She was born May 26, 1944, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Glenn Arthur Stearman and Coral (Strickland) Stearman. They moved to the Wichita area and she graduated in 1962 from Wichita East High School, and later from Wesley Medical Center School of Nursing. She earned a bachelor's in nursing at Wichita State University, and a master's degree in 1979. She married Mason Russell in January 1974 in Wichita. He survives. She was preceded in death by her parents. Other survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Glenn of Valley Center; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Robyn of Park City; sisters and brothers-in-law, Suzanne and Giovanni of Newton, Mass., Glenna and Joel of North Potomac, Md.; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Beverly of Austin, Texas; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
