Werner Brummett 2, 76, Greenwood, died May 28, 2013. He was born Feb. 24, 1937 in Pineville, Ky. to Richard and Lucy Slusher Brummett. He retired in 1995 from BMW Constructors as a Project Superintendent, Journeyman, Steamfitter and Pipefitter. He was a F. &A.M. Lodge #669, a member of Indianapolis Valley of the Scottish Rite
and Indianapolis Murat Shrine. He also served as Clergy for Community South Hospital. Survivors include his wife Evelyn; children, Martin (Martha), Dennis
Brummett, Tammy (Randy) Bauer, and Tommy Brummett all of Greenwood; two
brothers, Slusher Brummett, Jerry (Mabel) Brummett both of Ft. Wayne; three
sisters, Shirley (Walter) Ballou of Monrovia, Libby (Robert) Cox of
Indianapolis, and Brenda (Ron) Davis of Mooresville; four grandchildren
Corey Brummett, Justin Brummett, Shelby Bauer, Samantha Bauer; several
nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Hobert Brummett, Randal Brummett, George Brummett, Donnie Brummett; and a sister, Ruby Bryant. A funeral service was held June 1 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, with the burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
