Helen L. Hetzel, 98, of Palmyra, formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away Wednesday at Columbia Cottage, Palmyra.
She was a retired secretary from the State Police Headquarters, Harrisburg; member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Camp Hill; was an avid bridge player and a member of the Harrisburg Bridge Club, where she attained the level of Life Master.
Helen was the widow of Frank A. Hetzel. Surviving are 2 sons, Alan J., of Hummelstown and Eugene F., of Palmyra; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday from the Myers-Harner Funeral Home, Camp Hill, with viewing from 10 a.m to service time. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
