C. Philip Gault of Southeast Portland died of heart problems Sept. 19 in a Portland hospital. He was 77.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes.
Mr. Gault was born July 23, 1913, in Portland and was a lifelong resident of the Portland area. He graduated from Tigard High School and attended Linfield College.
An antique dealer, Mr. Gault operated a shop in downtown Portland for several years before relocating to Southeast Portland. At the time of his death, he had operated the antique business for the past 25 years.
Survivors include his sister, Eunice M. Metzentine of Wamic; brother, David B. of Tacoma; five nieces; and one nephew.
Disposition was by cremation.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
