Mavis Trent Atkins Driver, 104, died Wednesday at Medco Nursing Home in Paducah.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Mike Hunt officiating.

Mrs. Driver was the former co-owner of Driver's Grocery and Driver's Ladies Store in downtown Paducah. She was a founding member of Gospel Assembly Church.

She is survived by one son, Harold Driver of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Ford "P.F." Driver; two sons, James "Jimmy" Driver and Charles Perry Driver; her parents, James and Betty Rawls Atkins; six sisters; two brothers; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284.
