Robert T. Roberts, Carpenter, Dies
Robert Thomas Roberts, a retired carpenter, died Saturday at his home, 271 Fenway Drive.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Hummel Roberts; three daughters, Miss Elgin Roberts, a teacher at Nottingham High School; Mrs. Myrtle McNeish of Buckley,Ill., and Mrs. Max Walther of Medford, Wis.; a son, Elmer G. Roberts of Chelsea, Vt.; three sisters, Mrs. Frances Ebert and Mrs. Charles Coultis, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. J. J. Statner of Howe, Ind.; three brothers, Herbert of Albany, Tex., and Charles and Edward Roberts of Roberts, Ill., 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 P.M. Tuesday in the Fairchild & Meech funeral chapel by the Rev. Dean E. Richardson of Erwin Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Dewitt.
